1. Accurate Information
You must enter the correct Player ID, UID, server, account link, and any other required information. The store is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer-entered information.
2. Order Fulfilment
Fulfilment starts after the full payment is confirmed and payment proof is reviewed. Sending a receipt through WhatsApp does not automatically confirm payment. The store may request a transaction reference or other non-sensitive details. Timing may vary by service, demand, or provider maintenance.
3. Digital Products
Digital orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after a successful top-up, subscription activation, or code delivery.
4. PUBG QR Bonus Offers
Each QR offer shows the base UC amount that counts toward the in-game Purchase Gift event. Extra UC in the displayed total is separate from the Purchase Gift rewards the customer may collect inside the game.
5. Prices & Currencies
EGP is the base currency. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates. The binding price is the amount shown when the order is created or confirmed by support for variable-price services.
6. Manual Transfers
For InstaPay, wallets, or bank transfer, send funds only to the details shown inside the order and use the order number as a reference when supported. The store is not responsible for transfers to other or unconfirmed payment details. Payment arrival is checked before fulfilment.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Choose the correct product.
- Provide accurate details.
- Keep payment proof until the order is complete.
- Never share a password or verification code.
8. Availability & Changes
Prices, packages, and availability may change without prior notice. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer is contacted with an alternative or a refund under the Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
KAFAN STORE branding, original designs, and content belong to the store. Game and app names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the services.
