Refund Policy

Because KAFAN STORE products are digital and often fulfilled immediately, sales are final once fulfilment is completed successfully.

Refund-Eligible Cases

The store cannot fulfil the order.
The customer transfers more than the confirmed order value.
The order is cancelled before fulfilment starts and support approves the cancellation.

Non-Refundable Cases

An incorrect Player ID, UID, server, or account was entered.
The customer changes their mind after fulfilment.
The top-up, subscription activation, or code delivery succeeds.
A digital code has been used or revealed to the customer.

How to Submit a Request

Send the order number, payment proof, and a description of the issue to WhatsApp support. The store reviews the received payment and order history before making a decision. Approved refunds are returned using a method suitable for the original payment and available procedures.
